At Moulton, contract packaging is a specialty. Our highly efficient production system delivers on time, accurate results. Many of the items that Moulton receives are parts or components that must be assembled by Moulton either into a:

• finished product
• combined with other components into a kit or package

Moulton Logistics systemizes the assembly of the packaged products. A Bill of Procedures specifies every component to be included in the finished product, including the packaging. All items are defined by their parts numbers. The parts are picked for assembly. The Bill of Materials functions as the master control to ensure accuracy..

While no two kits are alike, at Moulton the common denominator is a tightly organized assembly procedure.
